Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

Exchanges may be available at the discretion of JFFA and the performer. No exchanges may be done on the day of the performance. Learn more by contacting the box office at contact@jffa.org.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Juan De Fuca Foundation for the Arts). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
