General

Bartender

Description: What your role entails: *Pouring wine and serving beer from kegs: *Charge all patrons correctly. JFFA is a non-profit organization and depends on beverage sales to have successful events. *Use the register and credit card machines correctly and efficiently All tips stay with JFFA *Follow all Washington State serving laws. *No over service ID everyone under 35 years old *Be flexible and helpful. We work as a team to provide the best possible experience for everyone. *Dress comfortably. You will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.

Requirements: You must be 21+ and hold a valid MAST permit for Washington State

Gate Check

Description: Gate Check volunteers will be stationed at an entrance to the beer garden at Concerts on the Pier. Washington State Liquor Control Board needs us to ensure that no alcohol leaves the premises.

Ticket Seller

Description: Must be comfortable using our computer ticketing system, handling money, and working directly with patrons.

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old

Wristband Check

Usher

Description: Hand out programs, help patrons find their row & seat, answer questions.

Concessions

Description: Volunteers must be comfortable using the Square app to sell concessions at events. Must be comfortable taking payment and giving correct change.

Greeter/Ticket Scanner

Description: Scan tickets with a provided iPhone or computer. You will have a paper copy of the list as a back-up.

Requirements: You must be comfortable using an iPhone or iPad.
